Shipping

All parcels are despatched by Royal Mail First Class delivery at £5.50 per order.

We aim to despatch all items within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery can take up to 1 - 3 days after this time. If delivery takes longer due to items not being in stock you will be notified by email. Currently, we are only able to deliver within the UK. Orders placed by customers outside the UK will be entitled to a full refund.

Returns

Cancellation of order:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from receipt of your purchase however we will not refund packing and postage if an item has already been shipped. If the item has not been shipped contact us immediately as you could get a full refund including postage and packaging.

Before sending the goods back to us contact us by phone (07852986643) or email (admin@vickysfancydress.co.uk) to inform us of the cancellation. You will be asked the reason for return and whether you want an exchange or refund. You will need to confirm your name, postcode and order number.

We strongly advise customers to return goods by “recorded delivery” or “special delivery” if valuable as you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us.

All goods must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The item must not be damaged or used and must be in a suitable condition for resale. We cannot accept returns if sealed packaged items such as wigs or earrings have been opened. All items will be checked on arrival.

Please return the goods to the address on the top of your invoice.

Any returned goods which do not comply with the ‘Returns Policy’ will be classed as “Disputed Item/s” and the customer will not be granted a refund or exchange. Reasons for the decision will be sent to you by post or email. We are then happy to send “Disputed Item/s” back to you.

We will not exchange any items until we receive the original, in order to maintain clarity.

Faulty Goods:

If there is a fault with any of our goods you should let us know immediately as we will happily exchange or refund it for you.
Before sending the goods back to us contact us via email (admin@vickysfancydres.co.uk) or telephone (07852986643) within 7 working days from date of delivery or if the fault is not found on first inspection then within 30 working days from the date of delivery.

Please return the goods to the address on the top of your invoice.
